• ELECTRIC PORCELAIN PESTLE MORTAR glazed out side but with inside grinding surface unglazed as is the grinding end of Pestle is used extensively for mixing and grinding of Homeopathic medicine, pigments, refractories, cosmetics, granules, chemicals, ceramics, Drugs manufacturers for unattended grinding material which are notgummy offibrous.
• The Pestle Mortar is designed to meet the demand for a labour saving device, which would fill all the requirements for grinding and mixing of different manufacturers. The base is strong attractively finished upon which Mortar revolves.The pestle is held firmly in weighted Pestle head.
• Arm of Pestle mechanism is hinged and moves to and fro in a pattern reaching al parts of mortar.
• Built in Automatic Timer O/60 mts. "Holder" Switch is provided for continuous untimed operation.
• The Scraper blade, scraper arm, and 4 no. tightening bolts & nuts are made of Stainless Steel 304.
• The sample is shielded from AIRBORNE CONTAMINANTS BY transparent Perspex cover
• After the material has been ground. the Pestle holder is raised and Plate holding the Motor is lifted off so that the contents can be entied and Mortar Brushed out or sterilized byflame.
• Standard Equipment furnished with Scraper Arm, Scraper and one set of 250 MM dia Procelain Pestle Mortar with wire and plug and cord for 220 volts 50 cy. AC /440 Volt. 3 Phase AC Supply.

The suitably filled bottles fall at the height approx. 40cm on a base provided with cushion. Having and arrangement to stop after 10 stroke. Complete unit made of mild Steel nicely painted. Suitable for 220 volts. 5Ocy-AC/440 Volts. 3 Phase AC Supply.
