TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION

MATERIAL OF CONSTRUCTION :

CYCLE TIME :

• For a complete Dosing / Dynamization / Evacuation,
• machine will take 12 sec. (approx)
• lt gives a speed of around 5 cycles per min (approx)

DOSING :

1. Solvent will be fed in to 10ml / 15ml Bottle through injection made of SS 316. Dosing Accuracy will be close to 1 3%

2. Dose Volume can be adjusted from 5ml. to 15 ml. as per the requirement.

3. Dosing time : 1.5 sec to 2 sec. per cycle

DYNAMIZATION :

1. For Dynamization - vertical vibration

2.Vibration speed 60 RPM. Dilution is shaken for 10 strokes in 10 Sec.

3. Vibration time is 10 sec. per cycle.

4. The bottle rests on a spongy surface, so that each stoke ends in a Jerk.

5. Stroke height is between 10 to 15 cm.

EVACUATION :

1. Evacuation will be through air Compressor with dry filtered air.

2. Evacuation time 0.5-1 sec/cycle.

3. Amount of drug solution to be left inside the bottle can be adjusted as desired.

GENERAL FEATURES:

1. Digital electronic counters for indicating numbers of cycles completed (6 Digit counter)

2. Machine will completely stop automatically at the prefixed cycles number.

3. The machine accurately shuts down at pre-set numbers of performance / dilution. In case of power failure it

retains the data in memory and restarts the dilution from the stage it was shut off and continue to further stage.

POWER INPUT :

• 440 Volts. Three Phase AC supply.
