Zenguard Sterile Dry Wipes

Zenguard Sterile Dry Wipes are made from high quality Spunlaced melt blown  hydrophilic Polypropylene and PET fabric. Zenshield Sterile dry wipes minimizes the introduction of pyrogens in to sterile environment. These wipes are ideal for maintaining their strength while wet, leaving the surface dry. Zenguard Sterile Dry Wipes  are validated sterile to a sterility assurance level (SAL) of 10-6 in accordance with standards and recommended practices of the Association for the Advancement of medical Instrumentation (AAMI).

Features:

• Wipes made by thermally bonding very fine Polypropylene and PET fibers to form a very clean fabric.
• Lint Free.
• Very good solvent and acid resistance.
• Excellent absorbency with solvents.
• Even solution application on surface.
• No particle generation.
• Exhibits minimal levels of particles, fibers, ions and extractable.
• Traps more particles than traditional wipes leaving the surface cleaner.
• Retains 95% of the particles trapped dramatically reducing the risk of recontamination.
• Traps particles in solution better leaving surface cleaner.
• High level of liquid absorbency about 450% to 650% of it’s weight.
