• The outer case is made of mild steel duty powder coated and inside chamber made of stainless steel 304 qlty. Insulation between the two walls are filled with mineral wool.  It is widely used in cosmetic, food clock, books or PCBS and other electronic components with unparalleled gentleness when drying
  
• Heating elements produce gentle heat throughout the chamber.  Temperature could be achieved from 50 °C to 300 °C +/- 1 °C through microprocessed digital temperature controller cum indicator.  It has option to control temperature precise +/- 0. °C by fitting microporocessed PID Controller having 4 ramp & 4 soak programming. It has two valves one for achieving vacuum 760hg/mm and other of feeding any inert gas or else.  The door of the oven is made of stainless steel 304 qlty.  without any glass windows.

Alarm:It is possible to provide electronic alarm if, temperature deviates more than +/- 1 °C to cost extra.
