Control Module

A light weight, compact Aluminum case with

• Digital Temperature display (Battery operated): 3 digits LCD readout for stack gas temperature ranging from 0-600°C with resolution of 1°C.
• Inclined cum Vertical Manometer:  Fabricated acrylic block ranging from 0-150mm with resolution of 0.25mm (0-50mm) and 1mm (50-150mm). Provided Spirit Level for leveling and spill proof corks to avoid spillage of oil.
• Pilot Tubes:  S-type fabricated from SS 304 is individually calibrated as per EPA regulations.
• Thermocouple:  1mtr. Long K type, thermocouple for measurement of gas temperature, ranging from 0-600°C

Flow Totalizer Module

• A light weight, compact Aluminum case with Dry gas meter has a capacity to measure total volume with resolution of 1m³. Facilities for the measurement of dry gas temperature.

Impinger Module 

• A light weight, compact Aluminum case consists of Flow Measurement and Condenser part.

The Flow Measurement part includes

• Rotameters: 100 lpm for particulate sampling and 6lpm with fine control valve for gaseous sampling.
• Vacuum gauge: 760mm of Hg capacity The Condenser part includes
• Set of four 120ml capacity and two 250ml capacity glass impinger tubes in double walled container having thermocouple insulation.

Product Applications

• Netel's model NPM-SMK1 is designed to measure Temperature, Differential pressure and Static pressure for determination of velocity, volumetric flow and Particulate sampling under Isokinetic conditions. Monitoring of gaseous pollutants such as: Sulphur Dioxide (SO2), Sulphur Trioxide (SO3), Nitric Oxide (NO), Nitrogen Dioxide (NO2), Hydrogen Sulfide & others.
