Refractometer Oil & Sugar Butyroo

Application :

This instrument is used for measuring - Percentage of Sugar, Fats in Oil & B.R. value in milk. It has two scales : One is Oil Scale (Butyroo Scale) having range of 0 to 100 with an accuracy 0.1 direct reading on micrometer. The other is Sugar Scale having a range of 50-80% with an accuracy of 1% reading directly on scale.
