• The Laminar Air Flow System with HEPA having 99.97% efficiency against 0.3 micron particles creates an extremely homogeneous laminar flow. Any Bacteria, Viruses or dust particles are extracted directly before the air enters the area. Our range of OT Laminar Air Flow unit are made of SS-304, Aluminum Powder Coated & CRCA Powder coated equipped with perforated grill to protect HEPA Filter.

• Positive pressure in Modular Operation Theater ensures no entry for outside contaminated air. Positive pressure is maintained between 2.5 to 20 Pascal as per NABH.
• ISO Class-5/ Class-100 in Modular Operation Theater at Grill level as per NABH Guidelines.
• Temperature is maintained between 21 ± 3 ??C & relative humidity between 20 to 60 % as per NABH.
• More than 20 Air Change per Hour is maintained in Modular  Operation Theater. Air is supplied through AHU and ducting is done with non-corrosive material.
• The AHU (i.e Air Handling Unit) used to supply air in Modular Operation Theater is an air purification unit & air filtration unit. It contains two sets of washable flange type filters of efficiency 90% down to 10 micron & 99% down to 5 microns with aluminum/SS-304 frame within the AHU. Service panels are provided for servicing filter, motor & blower.
