One of our compact ice flakers come with rugged inner construction made of high corrosion free stainless steel of 18 SWG, 304 and has in-built collecting bin. Preventing ice flakes from melting this collecting bin is fully insulated with 'PUF'. It also has user friendly door system, which allows easy operation of the machine. Outer body of the this unit is made of 20 SWG CRCA sheet and duly powder coated or made of 20 SWG, 304 , Stainless Steel buffed to matt finish. This unit also equipped with easy mobility option and is mounted on castors wheels. Drainage system is fitted on the bottom of the machine. Refrigeration: For best cooling experience and good quality ice flakes our ice flake machines are equipped with quality compressor and air cooled condensation CFC / HCFC Free and R404a refrigerant to cool the crusher assembly for producing ice.
