PID  Based easy to control.

A. No of Channel 3 channels for short/long term testing.

B. Pumping Unit Pressure Control & Indication (Over Pressure Release) Electro Magnetic, Hydraulic Power pack intensifier keeps the accumulator charged at desired pressure. Four Pr. Transmitters, one each for 3 Station, to sense pressure in the test specimen via Solenoid & throttle valves Electronic system with P.l.C controls the pressure in test specimen. A 4 digit LED indicator one for each Station indicates pressure. With least count of 0.01 kg/cm2

C. Electronic Solid stateP.I.D.processor electronic control circuit for 3Station with inputs of Pr. Transmitter and PID controller from hot water bath, controls Test pressure and Indicate tank temperature. A 5 digital LED Display 1 for each Station indicates Test Time of each station.

D. General

Test bed is provided with 3isolation ball valves one for each Station, to allow short time maintenance of the solenoid & throttle valves of any & all the channels. Testing machine counts the test time only when the pressure in the specimen is at or above the set pressure value. Maximum test pressure 99.99 kg/cm2.Maximum test duration of 9999.9 hours.
