Material of construction
16 Gauge (1mm) galvanized sheet with 70 - 80 micron epoxy
powder coating. Fully molded with 4 - 5mm Fibre Re-enforced Plastic Resin Material (FRP) – Acid & Fire Proof

Single vertical, sliding, 5mm Toughened glass door
Ducting
Rigid ducting of FRP of 150mm dia, 4mm thick FRP Pipe.
Powered By  
1⁄4 HP, 1440 RPM, 1 Phase Centrifugal Blower & Motor of Flame Proof.
Baffle
A Stable, Non adjustable baffle with a single slot on the back baffle to aid in distributing the flow of air into and through the hood .The baffle shall
be spaced out from the back liner and shall be removable for cleaning

Impeller
Dynamically balanced FRP Impeller.
Centrifugal blower
 

Silent high efficiency remote blower consisting of continuous
rating motor and chemical resistant impeller .

Sash
The sash shall be of Vertical rising frame .The bottom of sash frame shall have a full length handle. The sash shall be counter balanced with weights to prevent tilting and binding during operation .suction capacity : 800-1000CFM

18 Guage galvanized sheet with epoxy powder coating.

1 No .4 Feet CFL Tubes of 20 Volts will be provided. The hood superstructure fully wired it also has 2 No’s Electrical sockets and switches (230V,5/15A,50Hz). For easy access of cables from fume hood to electrical sockets.
