Cement Mortar and Concrete Permeability Apparatus (100 mm dia single Cell model)

Suitable for determination of permeability of cement mortar and concrete specimens of 100 mm diameter and 100 mm high, either cast in the laboratory or obtained by cutting out cores from existing structure.

The equipment comprises the following :-

• One permeability cell for 100 mm dia specimens consisting of a metal cylinder with a ledge at the bottom and flange at the top, one removable cover plate and a funnel. An air bleed valve is provided on the cover plate. Made of gun metal.
• A control panel fitted with a water reservoir, graduated glass tube, an inlet valve, pressure regulator, pressure gauge 0-15 kg sq.cm, an air bleed valve, a drain cock for water reservoir and a shut-off valve for the permeability cell.
• One glass bottle to collect the percolated water
