Product Details:

• Double walled in construction Inner made of Ceramic board bricks & Exterior made of GI sheet duly finish in powder coated shade in REGULAR MODEL.
• Outer SS 304 Matt/Buff finish in GMP MODEL.
  
• The high grade Vacuum pressed board and Cerawool Insulation with blanket is provided in between the walls to minimize the heat loss.
• The Temp. is being controlled by Microprocessor Based PID Temp. Controller with Dual Digital Indicator and CR/AL or PT PT RH Sensor.
  
• The control system is incorporated with Solid-State Fuse to protect the Heating element incase of overshoot of Temp.
• Exhaust fan is provided for extraction of oxidizing gases which occur during the burning and homogenous heating.
  
• A sturdy mechanism and alignment is provided for insulated door having easy opening and closing.
• Limit Switch is provided to disconnect heater supply automatically when door is open.
