Continuous High Temperature Furnace
Product Details :
Delta furnaces are custom designed for your product and process, with our standard high temperature solutions up to temperatures of 1800°C. Lower temperature furnaces are provided with a muffle whereas higher temperatures (1200°C and above) have a dense ceramic inner chamber construction. Electrically heated with a gas tight construction for operating in protective and combustible gas atmosphere like hydrogen with fully automated SCADA and PLC based control system. Finely regulated and ingress control of atmosphere inside, strategically located and optimally designed heating elements ensure excellent temperature uniformity and process parameters throughout the heating zones. Conveyor belts for lower temperature ranges and electro-mechanical pusher mechanisms employed along with walking beam for higher temperature ranges. Delta furnaces are reputed for high throughput, with sturdiness and stability for continuous consistent repeated operations due to its low maintenance factor.
