TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION
Model: BEC & BEH
- These Environmental Test Chambers can satisfy a variety of environmental conditions. They are especially suitable for the simulation of fixed temperature and relative humidity values above freezing point. Used for seed testing, biological studies, forestry research work etc.
- Constructed of double walls. the exterior is made of sheet steel, the interior of stainless steel 304.
- Aflush fitting insulated doorhas leak proofgasket.
- The shelf position oftrays is adjustable.
- The rear chamber of the interior is fitted with a refrigeration evaporator (In Refrigerated Model), heater and powerful air circulating fan to create a positive airflow through the chamber.
- A hermetically sealed ISI mark, CFC Free compressor below the chamber provides temperatures below ambient (In Refrigerated Model).
- The same compartment houses a boiler with an immersion heater and water level controllerforcreating humidity.
- Safety circuit which cuts of system and stops unit in case of malfunction of Controller. Audio-Visual alarm with cut outfor low water level.
- The control panel comprises of ON/OFF switches. heat energy regulators, Microprocessor based Digital Temp. Indicator & Humidity lndicator-cum- controller (Direct display of Humidity in % RH), indicating lamps and protective fuses.
STABILITY CHAMBER

- The chambers have outer body of SS 304 (dull finish) and inner chamber of SS 316
- Validation protocol for IQ, OQ, PQ as per ICH guidelines
OPTIONAL
- Chamber Illumination with Flurescent lights with 0-24 hr. cyclicTimer
- Chamber Illumination with UitraViolet Light.
- A Surge Tank of 100-150 Lt. Capacity, with automatic arrangement to fill the Humidity reservoir automatically when the level of water drops, thereby ensuring continuous unattended operation for2-3 days.
