INTRODUCTION NOVA DIGITAL HIGH PRECISION HIGH STABILITY PROGRAMMABLE CALIBRATION BATH is specifically designed to cater the needs for calibration of Thermometers, Temperature Indicators, Controllers, Temperature Gauges, Sensors, Transmitters, Recorders etc.etc. as well as for Laboratory, R & D, Quality Control and Analytical application.
APPLICATION
- NOVA DIGITAL HIGH PRECISION HIGH STABILITY PROGRAMMABLE CALIBRATION BATH are available for various application in R & D Centres, Quality Control Departments, Maintenance Departments, Research Organization, Industries, Refineries and Petroleum Testing Laboratories and Power plant especially for calibration of various type of Temperature Instruments.
CONSTRUCTION
- Double walled construction.
- The working chamber is made out of selected grade thick STAINLESS STEEL Sheet.
- This is mounted in a Mild Steel outer cabinet.
- Both the chambers are isolated through heat resistance material and heavily insulated through high quality ceramic wool (cerwool).
- The control panel is also isolated From working chamber as well as outer chamber.
- The heaters are of tubular type immersion heater resulting in quick transfer of heat to the bath media.
- Circulation stirrer unit is accommodated near the heater in a separate compartment separated by weir arrangements hence bath is available obstruction free for use.
HEATERS - Bank of heaters are incorporated.
- Temperature control by Digital Temperature Controller or Digital PID Temperature Controller or Microprocessor Programmable Controller selectable optionally.
CONTROL SYSTEM
- All the controls are provided on top separate compartment for easy assessment and operation. Consisting of Mains Switch, Mains Indicator, Digital Temperature Indicator cum Controller, Heater ON/OFF Indicator.
- OPERATING VOLTAGE : 230 Volts Single Phase 50 Hz AC.
- Apart from above models, higher capacity and higher temperature range models can be supplied on request. Application Based “TAILOR” made unit will be designed and manufactured.
