Ultrasonic Bath

We have been manufacturing and exporting the Ultrasonic Bath (Sonicator), which is manufactured using high quality raw material. It is widely used for cleaning and mixing applications in various Laboratories, Printing, Pharmaceutical, Medical and Electroplating Industries.

 

Ultrasonic is the sound that cannot be heard by human beings. It utilizes the frequencies from and above 18 khz (18,000 cycles per sound). With the help of ultrasonic transducers that are bonded on the base of the S.S. Cleaning Tank, high frequency electrical energy is converted into the ultrasound waves. These high frequency sound waves create countless microscopic vacuum bubbles in the liquid, which rapidly expand and collapse.
