TENSTRON® Spring Compression and Tension Load Testing Machine (TENSTRON-SPR04-50kg) is having ultra high accuracy load and deflection/tension test mechanism with side hand wheel. The design is patented by TENSTRON Pvt. Ltd. (INDIA). This testing machine have accuracy of 1 gram throughout the full scale of 50 kg. with accuracy of 1 micron throughout 180 mm of travel. The machine is capable of giving actual deflection values within the full range of load i.e., from 0 kg to 50 kg. The load and deflection both readouts are in two units i.e., kg. and N, mm and inch respectively. Which can be selected through a push button on the go. The high accuracy ball screw is used with combination of high quality slide rods and slide for smooth displacement with anti back lash mechanism which provide the system a high stability and repeatability along with minimized operating frictions.
