Milled type envelope is perhaps the better of the two since it is made to fit the insert and presents a flat face to the flange. Fused and envelopes    are being manufacutred from 400mm to any size with a maximum wall thickness of upto 100mm. - Delivery is possible on an urgent basis, without any extra cost. - The slit type is perfectly adequate for many applications where cost is a major consideration . - The envelope in this variety does not present a full face to the flange. - These gaskets can have inserts of CAF, Rubber, Corrugated steel sandwiched between CAF rings, PVC or as per your specifications. - Solid Gaskets can be made to order in different types of shapes and sizes. - Silicone washer is sandwitched between PTFE which gives better Flexibility due to silicone rubber & at the same time it gives  excellent chemical   compatibility due to PTFE coverage.
