STABILITY CHAMBER
Stability Chambers are widely used in pharmaceutical laboratory, clinical trials, environmental simulation, material testing and ICH stability studies etc. These test chambers are designed to create extremely stable temperature and humidity environments inside closed cabinet, a mandatory condition to analyze the effects of pre-specified conditions on life saving drugs and medicines, biological samples, electronic components and even industrial machine parts etc.
We are stability chamber manufacturers and suppliers in India. We make these machines in different chamber sizes; in other words, these are made according to user required chamber dimensions. Our standard models come in 200 liters, 400 liters and even large size up to 1000 liters or more. Depend upon the chamber size and inner volume; we make these chambers in single, double and triple doors as required.
Our stability test chambers for pharmaceuticals are durably constructed for long service life. Standard models come with inner chamber made of stainless steel 304 grade sheet; while exterior is made of thick GI sheet which is powder coated and painted for rust free performance. We also make GMP models if needed; these units are completely made of stainless steel 304 or 316 grades as required. The gap between exterior and interior walls is filled with thick layer of high density PUF insulation. Outer door is made solid in nature and also insulated with PUF material; it is also fitted with locking arrangement to prevent unauthorized access.
As stability chamber is designed to deliver accuracy and stability throughout test cycle; therefore, we use control systems of only reputed brand available in the Indian market; in addition to PID controllers we also use PLC based color HMI control system as option. It features touch screen controller with data logging and memory storage functions. User can also transfer data into pen drive to further save into computer or laptop or even connect the chamber with computer (Ethernet). Several types of safety errors with buzzers can also be configured through HMI.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
- Construction: The overall stability chamber is built on a rigid stainless steel frame, which is nicely jointed with nuts and bolts and arc welding. We use thick gauge of stainless steel 304 or 316 as required. High density PUF insulation is filled between inner and external chambers. Each chamber is provided with suitable number of steel wire mesh cable trays (removable) 4 to 8 or more.
- Temperature & Humidity: The temperature range of our stability test chambers is 10°C to 60°C; while the humidity range is 35% to 95% RH. As per ICH guidelines our chambers are ideal for storage conditions 25°C at 60% RH, 40°C at 75% RH, 30°C at 65% RH and 25°C at 40% RH.
- Refrigeration System: For refrigeration, we equip our stability chambers with EMERSON brand CFC free compressors that are hermetically sealed and feature quiet operation. During our 25 years, we found it most dependable and cost effective.
- Heating: SS tubular air heaters of any reputed brand on the market are fitted to generate warm temperature inside the chamber.
- Humidity system: For humidity system, we use stainless steel tank and ISI mark immersion heater. It also features automatic water filling and low water safety device.
- Air circulation: Air circulation is mandatory function to maintain uniform temperature and humidity across the chamber; therefore, we equip our stability test chambers with motorized blower assembly which features quiet operation and long service life.
- Control System: Controller is responsible set desired temperature and humidity range. We equip our stability chambers with imported and branded PID controllers, which feature set value (SV) and process value (PV). In addition, we also use PLC based HMI controller which is advance system and features color touch screen, various error display, data logging and data transfer to pen drive or direct printout.
- Illumination: Interior illumination is done by LED light which can be supported by cyclic timer if required. It controls the ON/OFF timing of light for a week.
- Safety Features: Each stability chamber is equipped with many safety features ensuring you working with a trustable machine. Each chamber is fitted with over temperature protection, over current protection and low and high temperature limits and time delayfor compressor switch on etc.
