Design : Double walled.
Inner chamber : made of Ceramic muffle wound on kanthal A1 heating elements and embedded with high quality ceramic cement to avoid heat loss.
Outer chamber: made of mild steel and finished with powder coated/ stainless steel 304 grade / 316 grade.
Heaters: made of high grade Kanthal A1 wires of suitable wattage.
Insulation: Gap between muffle and outer walls insulated with high quality light weight ceramic fiber.
Gasket: Asbestos rope gaskets for the door to avoid air leakage and temperature loss of Muffle furnace.
Temperature Range: 5ºC. Above ambient to 1000°C /1100°C /1200°C. (optional)
Temperature Resolution/Sensitivity: 0.1°C up to 999°Cand above that 1°C
Temperature Accuracy: 2°C
Front Panel: Front panel of our units comprises of mains on/off rocker switch, temperature controller and instruction manual.
