Nuclease Away

Five pieces of laboratory glassware were intentionally contaminated With Nuclease. Select pieces were treated with Nuclease Away, after which the pieces were subjected to a contamination of DI water rinses and wiping dry. The pieces were extracted with DEPC water, and the extracts were then added to an RNA standard and incubated. Following
Incubation, the samples were analyzed by gel electrophoresis and evaluated for degradation of the RNA. Test results confirm that, when used as directed this lot of Nuclease Away is effective at removing Nuclease contamination from laboratory 
Used to remove nuclease contamination from laboratory surface. Store at Room Temperature (18-26ºC).
