Characteristics & Applications:


The electrode is coated with iron powder, which provides smooth arc medium penetration and least spatter. It contains approx Cr. 0.6% Ni 0.6% and Cu 06% and has an excellent atmosphere corrosion resistance. Owing to this attributes, our product meet the requirements of Radiographic (X-Ray) and Ultrasonic.These are specially recommended for weathering steels like CORTEN-A, CORTEN-B, ideally suited for welding of high tensile fine grained steel conforming to IRSM-41 or M-42 with same steels of IS : 2062-99 IS 2002-92, IS-1875- 92 &IS-8500-91.
 
Recommendations:
Store Electrodes dry
If moist, dry electrodes at 350°C at least for one hour
Use short arc and move slowly
