Manufacturer of Muffle Furnace for 900 degree, 1200 degree, 1400 degree and 1800 degree. Lab Ovens is electrical operated equipment, used to dry heat sterilize samples at temperature between 50°C to 300°C. It is ideal for materials that are not heat sensitive and remain unaffected at high temperature, such as glassware, forceps, needles and powders etc. A hot air oven is constructed with double walled metallic cabinet insulated with ceramic fiber. For keeping samples, there are 2 or more trays are fitted inside. In order to letting out moisture during operation, a single hole or vent is provided in the oven.

It is a plug and use simple equipment and does not require special training to operate. As temperature inside the chamber is lower than other heat treatment machines; therefore, it is safe to use in laboratory environment.

Usage
It is recommended to wait for temperature to come down to room temperature before taking out sterilized samples. If door is opened prior this, chance of cracking of glassware increases; in addition, risk of entering contaminated air inside the chamber may emerge.
