Construction :

Double walled ,inner chamber made of very thick stainless sheet duly argon welded & reinforced joints . Outer body made of mild steel with angle frame & castor wheels to move the oven from one place to another place if required. A high quality Neoprene gasket is fixed to make the door leak proof.

Control :

Digital temp. controller is provided to control the temp. Above ambient to 150C , with SSR& sensor fixed in the chamber. A safety thermostat is also provided . Fixed with MCB, indicators, vacuum release valve.

Trays :

A trolley made of thick stainless steel angels is provided with wheels to hold the required numbers of trays which are also made of stainless steel.

Vacuum Pump :

Provision is provided to connect the required size vacuum pump hose to nipples provided on the side of the oven

Working chamber Size :

These ovens can be designed as per client requirement. The sizes of the trays will be Two inches less then the size of the chamber so that the trolley can move in the chamber.
