The UV Incubator provides precise temperature control and uniformity for incubation of Biological essays, fungal, bacterial cultures, eggs and other samples upto 60 Degree C. The equipment incorporates UV tubes for sterilization of the incubation chamber between testing. The UV light makes easy elimination of fungi, bacteria and other contaminations between sample testing.

Standard Models: Inner made of Stainless Steel (S.S.304) with mirror finish & Outer GI/MS duly powder coated.

GMP Models: Inner made of Stainless Steel (S.S.316) & Outer S.S.304 mirror finish.

Construction: “Labfolk” make UV Bacteriological Incubator are made of double walled construction. Transparent Polycarbonate window on door for easy viewing of samples. Motorized blower is fitted on the back side for uniform temperature (Only Forced Air re-circulation model). Insulation is provided by means of suitable PUF insulation. The unit is provided with adjustable stainless steel rod tray.

Controlling System: Microprocessor based auto tune PID temp. controller with dual display of set value & process value for precise control of temperature with PT 100 sensor is used for temperature.

Heating System:Forced Air Circulation Model ??? High Quality S.S. Tubuler heaters are used for better heating conditions.

Natural Convection Model - Heating elements made from the best quality Kanthal / Nichrome wire are used on refractory supports.

Air Circulation (Only For Forced Air Circulation): Motorized blower at back side of the chamber develops unique air flow system which ensure maximum uniform temperature distribution inside the chamber. Unique air flow assures quick recovery after door opening.

UV light(Germicidal): UV light is provided inside the chamber for decontaminating the chamber during sample testings. The UV light & door arrangement are interlocked for safety and hence the UV light automatically shuts off on door opening.
