Labfolk make ovens are made of triple walled construction. Motorized blower with V-Belt fitted on top side of chamber for re-circulation of air to maintain uniformity of temperature inside the chamber. 

Standard Model: Inner Chamber made of Stainless Steel (S.S.304) mirror finish & Outer Mild Steel duly painted with Hammer tone Paint.

GMP Model: Inner Chamber made of Stainless Steel (S.S.316) mirror finish & Outer S.S.304 matt finish.

Construction: Labfolk High Temperature Oven is made of Triple walled construction. The unit is insulated with 4 high grade suitable insulation. Single door fitted on heavy hinges. The unit is provided with user friendly adjustable heavy rod trays. 

Controlling System: Imported microprocessor based auto tune PID controller with CE mark & dual display of set value & process value.

Safety Controller: Safety Digital temperature controller to cut off heater supply in case of overshoot of temperature & give Audio alarm.

Heater: Specially designed U shape S.S. tubular heating elements used on side walls to maintain uniform condition inside the chamber.

Air Circulation: Motorized blower with V-Belt drive on top side of the chamber develops distribution inside the chamber. Unique air flow system which ensures quick recovery after door opening.
