Flame Proof Vacuum Oven
Product Details:

• Double walled in construction with Inner made of SS 304 & Outer GI Powder coated shade in REGULAR MODEL.
• Inner made of SS 304 & Outer SS 304 Matt/Buff finish in GMP MODEL.
  
• The high grade compressed Glasswool/ Cerawool insulation provided in between the wall to minimize the heat loss.
• The Temp. is being controlled by FLP PID Temp. Controller with Digital Indicator & FLP PT-100 sensor. Vacuum Guage is provided at top of the oven. The all controls are Grouped in Flame Junction control Box.
  
• The Control Panel includes FLP PID Temp. Controller, Vacuum Guage etc. and are safely placed on top of the Oven. Vacuum Valve & Gas inert line provided on one side of the unit.
• Adjustable SS 304 non perforated trays are provided as per selection size of oven.
• The Heaters are enclosed in pocket with flame proof junction Box
• Maximum Vacuum :- 30” HG, Vacuum Loss: 1” After 24 Hours.
  
• Temp. Range: 50°C to 200°C. Temp. Accuracy: ± 1°C to ± 2°C

Optional

• FLP Safety Controller is required to take over control in case of FLP PID Temp. overshoot or if main FLP PID Temp. Controller is out of order.
• PLC Based Touch screen Control System with printer OUTPUT facility.
