CONSTRUCTION

• Double walled construction, Inner chamber made of Stainless
• Steel & Outer chamber made of Stainless Steel or Mild steel powder coated.
• The chamber is insulated by filling
• (PUF) in the space between outer body and chamber to prevent
• Temperature loss. (Insulation-75mm)
• Double door – Outer metal body & Inner Glass Door.
• Inner door – made of imported transparent Glass which is usefull to view inner sample without opening the door and loss of temperature.
• Outer door with magnetic gasket & proper handle, lock & key.
• Supplied with Adjustable Stainless Steel shelves.
• Forced Air Circulating System with Fan for Temperature Uniformity.
• Illumination provided for inner chamber.
• Control panel with indicating Lamp for Compressor, Heater and on / off switch for mains.
• Castor wheels for easy movability.

• We also provide S.O.P for B.O.D Incubator.

PRE INSTALLATION MANDATORY REQUIREMENT

• Room temperature around machine preferably at 25°C with air conditioning or a well-ventilated room With exhaust fan. However, surrounding temperature should not exceed 30°C.
• Stabilized input voltage of 230V A.C. Use of servo controlled stabilizer is recommened.
• Water Drain line with 1/2″ nozzle to be provided at floor level.
