Our range of B.O.D Incubator is used widely for Biochemical Oxygen Demand determination. Manufactured as per set industry standards these are available in different sizes. The B.O.D Incubators are specially designed for incubation of bacteria and are offered at competitive prices. Owing to high efficiency these are widely used in Water Pollution, Sewage, Agriculture, Food and Research Departments. Besides, are also used for preservation of vaccines and provide a different conditions for the study of synthesizing organisms.

The specifications include:

• The double walled castor wheel mounted cabinet has inner chamber of S.S. 304 and a painted grade and outer wall of M.S. Sheet
• In order to prevent thermal losses between outer and inner wall, a gap of 75 mm is filled with special grade glass wool
• For maintaining uniform temperature throughout the chamber triple walled back of unit is fitted with two air circulation fans
• The full view inner glass door allows inspection of specimens without disturbing it
• The double walled outer door provided with lock and key arrangement
• Inside the chamber, the Unit is fitted with door operated illumination lamp
• ISI marked compressor is used to form refrigeration unit
• Separate indicator lamps are provided in the front panel for main heating and incoming voltage. The 3 shelves, cord and plug enables to work on 220/230VA.C. Supply voltage
• Solid state electronic digital temperature indicat0r-cum-cont0ller is used to control temperature ranging from 5°C to 50°C with high accuracy.

• Humidity system can also be provided in all model and size 55 to 95% ± 3% RH
• Light system by interior illumination with three fluorescent tube 60 cm long (20 watts) Placed vertically along with back wall. Temp. Can be obtained 10°C to 50°C when all tubes are on
• Timer 0-24 hours for regulating cycle's illumination condition fixed on top of the chamber
