The Hot Plate is used for Curing of filter element involving temperature up to 250. C. The curing operation of the filter is automatic after placing the filter on the hot plate. A lever or push button is to be operated for clamping the filter & based on the cycle time setting, the pressure plate will automatically go up, thereby releasing the filter for transferring from Al plate to unloading platform & new batch can be loaded from the loading platform.
