Description:

• Inner chamber built of stainless steel, Jacket with boiler quality steel, Door containing stainless steel with radial locking system. Units hydraulically tested up to 40 psi. Outer cover, stam jacket spaces filled with thick fiber glass wool to minimize thermal loss. Individual process operating valves for sterilization cycle functions. Door shall fitted with automatic pressure locking device to avoid door openings till the pressure comes to zero. Automatic vacuum breaker to break vacuum during steam condensation. Safety against excess pressure in jacket & chamber, steam generator made of MS/SS located under sterilizer. Fitted with water level indicator, safety valve, pressure gauge, water inlet and outlet valves. Direct steam from boiler type can also be provided. Unit fitted with automatic low water level cut off device and automatic pressure control device for working in 440 Volts, 3 phase AC, supply and are available in variable sizes.
