Product Details:
CCITM headspace vials are manufactured to provide uniform glass thickness which insures even heat distribution for consistent sampling reliability. All CCITM headspace vials meet or exceed OEM instrument manufacturer’s specifications. CCITM vials are available in 6ml, 10ml, 20ml versions with Screw and Crimp type. Use Tin plate seals with magnetic pick auto samplers. Pressure release seals are designed to open when internal pressures exceed 3.0±0.5 bar, protecting equipment during analysis of highly volatile samples.
HPLC / GC Compatible – Agilent technologies, Shimadzu, Perkin Elmer, Thermo etc.
Vials Quality – USP type 1 class A, 33 Expansion or 51 Expansion.
Cap – AL or Tin Plated AL.
Septa – PTFE / Natural Silicon upto 2000C
