INNODYE Glyce by 4rinte bath HTHP Beaker dyeing machine is a versatile, compact and maintenance free apparatus suitable for both Polyster and cotton sample dyeing. Infact it is suitable for dyeing of any fibre in form. The apparatus is of immense use for dyeing and processing units, research/testing labs, textile engineering institutes and dyes manufacturers. 
Description Equ ipment:
he machine comp0rises of tank (Main bath) made of SS 316 containing Rotor Ca rrier for Beakers on SS shaft which is rotated by 1/4 HP-25RPM-3Phase induction motor coupled with Bonfiglioli Gear Box. The motor shaft is directly coupled with rotor shaft. This drive arrangement totally eliminates Couping, Pulley and V-Belt and ensures a sound free and smooth working.
Beakers are made from SS316 hollow pipe of 4 mm thickness. The lid is made of SS and it fits into the beaker having threading at top. The hole in the lid is covered from inside by a smallSS Plate and is sealed by teflon rings to avoid leakage. The beakers are capable of withstanding pressure upto 6.0 Kg/Cm square. Beakers are held securely in lots of 4 by 6 mm SS Plate as shown in the photograph.
