SPECIAL FEATURES Automatic pressure controller at a preset level. Tube lights fixed outside the chamber. Non-obstructing sliding door for anti-chamber. Removable glass on the front side. Easy door locking for anti-chamber. The Glove Box is fabricated out of SS (non-magnetic) material. The chamber contains few (as per specifications) glove ports with high quality gloves with sufficient length to handle materials inside the chamber. It is designed for maintaining slight positive pressure above atmosphere. Inert Gas / Nitrogen pressure sensor is provided on the top of the chamber and it has facility for admitting gas. The box is fixed on MS frame of required height. Pressure relief valve for protection to release the gas pressure, all meters for monitoring temperature and humidity are provided inside the chamber. The anti-chamber is made of SS 304 material and has Pirani gauge ,sliding door between anti-chamber and the main glove chamber to enable easy transfer of material. The front side of the glove chamber is covered with Toughened Glass sheet for easy viewing of the material inside the chamber. The unit is provided with special circulation and purification system called re-generation system to maintain controlled environment.
