Fixed Drum Mixer
Product Details:
Though we offer removable drum type mixers as standard practice, we also offer design similar to the 2D conventional Blenders.
In this design, the mixing barrel is fixed as the rotating cage and so is non removable. The powder to be mixed is simply filled in this rotating barrel. Such kind of configuration is suitable for single and fixed mixing application. This frees customer from having separate mixing containers.

It is ideal for use in medium to large batch production industries like food/nutrition, pharmaceuticals, metal powder, resin and plastic powder, bakery, spices, concentrates, nuclear fuel and many more application
Construction

• Standard mixers are built with structure made from Carbon steel. They are powder coated material after surface preparation.
• We also offer GMP design where all exposed parts are made from Stainless Steel AISI 304 material.
  
• Mixing Drum material can be Stainless Steel AISI 304 or AISI 316L or any other material required.
  Non linear shaft design:
  Both the shafts of mixer are inclined at a particular angle to ensure better homogeneity and easy discharge. Alphie design engineers calculate the discharge angle based on your powder characteristics and Angle of Repose.
