Filter Zoom Strainer
Product Details:
Strainer are required to separate foreign particles from the liquid. This helps in primary clarification and avoids choking of the spray ball in case of CIP solution.
Design Highlights:
• The body of the strainer is in the long pipe section with union connections on both ends, which
   facilitates in removing the strainer mesh from inside.
• The filter mesh is made on the pipe with holes on it depending on the foreign particle size in    the liquid. The perforated pipe or strainer mesh is introduced inside the strainer body and the    union tightened.
• In the inlet of the strainer a drain pipe with valve is provided so that the sludge can be drained    during back washing of the filter. To facilitate back washing a separate nozzle with valve is    provided on the outlet pipe of the strainer.
• The strainer can be easily by dismantled for inspection.
