Fully automatic -Crude Fiber estimation system Application : Fibre determinations according to Weende, van Soest, etc. Single or sequential extractions including boiling, using externally preheated reagents, rinsing and filtration are performed under reproducible and controlled conditions. Should be able to determine Crude Fibre (acc. to Weende). • Neutral Detergent Fibre.• Acid Detergent Fibre. • Acid Detergent Lignin. Six samples should be processed simultaneously. Accessories for batch handling should be provided . Machine should have Integral extraction and filtration. No sample transfer and no loss of sample. Machine should automatically heat and add all the reagents . Overnight unattended operation should be possible. User involvement for extraction should not be more then 3 minutes with the machine. Separate unit for solvent dehydration, lignin determination and defatting. Official approval: ISO 6865, 92/89 EEC and AOAC 2002.04 (feed). Extensive application service and application notes should be provided whenever required.
