fermentor is made of triple wall [ss 304], inner tank made of 3mm thick stainless steel sheet, insulated with 20swg ss sheet lid and flange will be made of 6mm ss plate and bolted with neoprene gasket. Temperature is 130°c & working pressure upto 20 psi.

stirring systems

the agitation will be carried out by ss shaft with propeller type ss blades fitted from the bottom.  the shaft is fixed through stuffing box with gland packing to avoid leaking while running.   stirrer is connected with pulley and suitable motor, control panel will provided for the fermentor. Entire fermentor vessel will be mounted on ms channel structure.

the following provisions will be made in the fermentor lid and body.  steam inlet valve, media inlet valve, ph reference collection valve, safety valve, pressure guage, dial thermometer, viewing window with glass and the other side with illumination, air inlet valve with perforated tube up to bottom of vessel and a drainage valve at the bottom of vessel.

Steam generator is double walled [ms], inner tank made of 5mm thick ms plate and lid will be made of 8mm ms plate, flange will be made of 8mm ms plate with neoprene gasket.  temperature is 130°c & working pressure upto 20 psi.  the following provisions will be made at the lid steam releasing valve, steam cock, safety valve, pressure gauge and pressure control switch.  the following provisions will be made in the body of the steam generator, water inlets, water outlet, water level indicator and industrial heaters.  inner tank is insulated with glass wool and covered with ms sheet and painted.  supported with ms channel structure.
