Our ranges of Reaction Vessels in Plastics are made using spiral technology and are used in various industrial applications. Sturdy, resistant to temperature, non-corrosive and maintenance free are some features that make our range of vessels the preferred choice of our customers. These light in weight tanks provide complete reaction vessel assembly which includes a mild steel structure that is required to hold the vessel, agitator and gear box assembly. These vessels are completely leak proof and offer a long lasting and reliable performance. We manufacture Dual Laminate and Fiber Reinforced Plastics (FRP) storage vessels, process vessels and scrubbers from 12” Ø to 240” Ø. These vessels are fabricated with contact molding process. Filament winding and type X laminate fabrication are used during the FRP portion of the fabrication. Thermoplastic welding is performed as per DVS 2207, section 3 – Hot gas rod welding standard. Our range of mix tanks is perfect for high viscosity products requiring rapid mixing and uniform heating and / or cooling. Available with dome top or bridge with cover design, the tanks dissolve, disperse, mix, and blend to meet specific requirements. We also provide custom designed vessels and piping systems for various applications, from full vacuum service to 150 psig design pressure and from ambient to 350°F design temperatures. These vessels are mainly used in Acids, Alkali, Water, Oxidizer, Halogen, Hydrocarbons and other Solvents.
