End Chamber" consists of 2 end chamber assembly which are fixed on either side of "Precision Casting Furnace". End chamber assembly consists of end plate, LN2 Bush, rail, fully openable dried end cover, flat plate with abround port and required no of ports and optical windows fixed with a feedthroughs with connectors for optical measurements for the precision casting furnace containing the electron beam.
The dished end cover has locking ring and hydraulic drives and a hinge facility to move manually. Extension tubes with abround cross section with abround flange openings are provided. The extension tubes has ridges of specified sizes at regular intervals for mechanical strength. Flexible expansion bellow of abround shape with end flanges are used in between end chamber and extension tube. Pneumatically Operated Gate Valves are used on either side between bellow assembly and main Precision Casting Furnace chamber end doors. Baffle plates of specified size and shapes are used on either side of each extension tube.
