The MA871 Digital Refractometer is an optical instrument that measures the % Brix of sugar in aqueous solutions.
The method is both simple and quick. 100 ul sample is poured on the sample well and the ‘READ’ button is pressed. Within seconds the instrument measures % Brix and temperature on the LCD display.
