Triple wall Construction
Inner and Inner most chamber made of stainless steel 304 grades / 316 grades as per the requirement.
Outer chamber: made of mild steel and finished with powder coated/ stainless steel 304 grades / 316 grades as per the requirement.
The gap between the inner and outer chamber is filled with high grade glass wool insulation. Insulation thickness depends on temperature of the inner chamber
The motorized forced air circulation is provided at the Top to maintain uniform temperature inside the chamber.
Inner chamber is provided with two or three removable steel trays at the fixed distance.
Door has been provided with Asbestos rope or Neoprene rubber gasket (optional) or Silicon rubber gasket (optional) to avoid air leakage and temperature loss of hot air oven.
Air Heaters are made of high grade Kanthal wires of suitable wattage.
Temperature Range: 5°C above ambient to 200°C. / 300°C. /500°C./ optional.
Temperature controlled: by Microprocessor based PID temperature controller with dual display (Process value and set value), low and high limit setting, time base controller and CrAl thermocouple/ PT-100 sensor.
Temperature Resolution /Sensitivity: 0.1°C
Temperature Accuracy: 0.5°C /1°C
Temperature uniformity: 5°C.
Front Panel: Front panel consists of mains ON/OFF rocker switch, temperature controller and instruction manual.
Control Panel: Control panel consists of mains ON/OFF rocker switch, temperature controller, heater and motor fuses, solid state relay/ DC relays and wiring.
Power supply: 230volts single phase 50Hz, AC supply. /440 volts three phase (optional)
