Application : Designed for Depyrogenation of samples in Microbiology Lab.

Construction :

Double wall construction with glass wool insulation to prevent the heat loss. Outer and Inner both made of stainless steel sheet having mat finished. Front door with magnetic gasket and lockable handle for easy handling. Adjustable SS perforated shelves. Motorised Air circulation system to ensure low gradient & even temperature through out the chamber. Digital temperature controller with PT-100 sensor.

• Temperature Range : ambient + 5°C to 200°C Maximum
• Temperature Accuracy : ± 0.5°C
• Controller : Programmable Micro processor based PID controller with dual DIGITAL display indicating set & performance value.
• Timer : Electronic pre settable Timer to preset the duration of performance Cycle, in-built with the Controller module for fully automation of sterilization cycle. On completion of pre-setted time duration the controlling device will automatically cut off with audio beep alarm.
• Scanner : 2 point scanner for scanning the temperature with two additional pre calibrated sensor/ probe at different but fix location in side the chamber with separate display window for monitoring the performance data of the entire chamber.
• Data Logger : The controlling module is in-built with the data logging software to store the performance data up to 5000 readings with the parallel port as an print interface for on line printing at multiple of 10 minutes intervals or to have full print out at the end of the test.
