Digital Micro Hardness Tester with Image Analysis Software

• Introduction

 

The system is composed of Auto Turret Micro Hardness Tester and hardness measurement of the image analysis software (which is connected to the computer). Real time focus and the hardness indentation image can be displayed on the computer through the software. Just through the mouse and the keyboard can complete a variety of test requirements, greatly improve the working efficiency. So, it can provide the perfect solution for experimental analysis.

Main functions and features of the software:

1. The image analysis software (which is developed by our institution) is easy operation with perfect function. And it can be customized various functions to meet the requirements of our most customers.

2. Can measure the Vickers hardness and Knoop hardness, switching the measurement mode easily from dynamic to static or static to dynamic.

3. The indentation image can be measured after magnified 1600 times. And make the magnification of the details of indentation to test the hardness value, avoid the manual operation errors.

4. For smooth surface specimen, the machine can automatically identify the indentation image and automatic measuring diagonal length.

5. Diagonal length, hardness value, the indentation depth and strength of materials can be displayed on real time. And hardness type switched easily.

6. The testing can be designated or continuous, and the hardness depth and gradient map can be draw out directly.

7. The unique Mark point positioning function makes the machine can measure the hardness and analysis material on the specified location.

8. Images can be the adjustment of color, grayscale, contrast, brightness, etc.

9. With the function of diagonal fine-tuning, length measuring and angle measurement.

10. With the measuring results statistical analysis function and the hardness analysis report can be automatic generated and output as Word, Excel formats. The result can be printed out by printer and the data can be preserved in the hardness tester.

1. The machine can be connected with computer just through USB data line. Used the optional purchase accessories image analysis software to analyzing the physical and chemical properties of the material.

 

2. Special designed for improving the working efficiency of our customers as its automatically design. After adjusting the focal length, the objective lens and indenter can be switched automatically. And the testing force can load, dwell and unload automatically. Then the objective lens will automatically return to the initial focus state, and the length of indentation can be measured directly.

3. The independent research and development of lifting system and positioning system, ensured the accuracy and repeatedly of the testing process.

4. With Vickers hardness and Knoop hardness testing capabilities, and testing force can be extended to 2KG.

5. Testing method, testing power and duration time can be displayed directly on the LCD screen.
