DPF CLEANING OVEN
We make high temperature ovens for diesel particulate filters (DPF). These DPF ovens are also known as DPF Furnace that can work on 650°C temperature easily. Their maximum temperature range of this oven is 900°C and fitted with PID temperature controller with K type thermocouple. It maintains set temperature level inside the chamber. This PID temperature controller has in-built programmable timer for profile settings; you can set desired ramp rate to heat up the chamber and hold. The heating chamber of this DPF Oven Furnace is made of ceramic blocks. Kanthal wire heaters are fitted to generate heat inside. External cabinet is made of heavy duty MS angled frame and powder coated. A vent is also provided at top of the machine for fume exhaust.
