ur comprehensive nitrogen gas solutions enable the clients to produce unlimited nitrogen and one can easily build up backup for future use. Cryogenic technology is considered the most efficient for generating nitrogen. The process starts with taking atmospheric air into the air separation unit, which is then compressed. Then, the air is moved into the molecular sieve system where impurities like carbon dioxide, hydrocarbons and moisture. Then, the air is taken into the heat exchangers where the air is cooled to cryogenic temperatures. The liquefied air is moved to the high pressure distillation column where nitrogen is physically separated from oxygen, argon and other gases. Now, nitrogen is moved to the low pressure distillation column where it is distilled further to meet commercial purity.
