TCB Univent allows easy collapsing of one lung for thoracoscopic procedures. The Endotracheal intubation can be performed in the regular manner. One lung ventilation can be achieved by placement of the blocker. The insufflation and CPAP is achieved through the lumen of the blocker shaft and the blocked lung can be collapsed by aspirating air through the lumen of the blocker shaft.
