Raj Overseas offers a digital indicating Batch Weighing Controller for weighing hoppers in a sequence as programmed with relays up to four points and can be extended. Each relay weighment can be pre programmed and delay between two set points is programmable. The batch/dump weighing systems utilises an ‘overhead’ type weighing system for batch weighing of dry solids or liquids. Weighing systems are uniquely configured, technologically advanced lever mechanisms (scales) utilising advanced designed and manufactured. These time-proven weighing systems are extremely stable, exceptionally rugged, and counter-balanced so that only the net weight of material in the metering mechanisms (and in their supply hoppers or tanks) is weighed. In dry solids applications, product is typically fed into the ‘scale-mounted’ hopper. When batch weighing more than one product in a single weigh hopper, each material is individually (sequentially) batched since only one ingredient can be batch weighed at a time.
