Ball Mixer Mill

The EQM-402 Mixer Mill is a great ally when preparing samples for analysis, as it is capable of rapidly crushing, mixing and homogenizing small sample volumes. Specially designed for the final preparation of hard, semi-hard and fragile samples - up to 50ml -. It is capable of preparing two samples simultaneously and reducing them from an initial size of 0.8 to 1.5 mm to granulometries of less than 10μ quickly - 1 to 4 minutes -.

It is a compact tabletop equipment and is controlled very easily from a visual software with a touch screen with the capacity to store up to 5 configurable work programs in parameters such as speed and grinding time.

The excellent efficiency-time relationship of this mill indicates it as the ideal equipment for the final reduction in preparation of samples for fusion and for the preparation and mixing for the production of pressure tablets / pellets for their subsequent analysis in X-ray equipment.
