ISL’s OptiCPP performs pour and/or cloud point testing of any petroleum products, down to -95°C (-135°F). The OptiCPP is ready to work whenever and wherever you are; simply plug in the electrical cord, and begin testing. Pour point is detected by tilting the sample – no turning, pressing, or twisting – like an optical surface. The detection system precisely monitors the movement of the specimen surface whereas optics detect cloud point in the specimen when wax crystals first appear, using a patented built-in cooling system and precise detection mechanism.
